Getting Started

How do I get started with PDF Meet?
Go to the homepage and upload your PDF file to the upload zone. Registration is not required for basic operations. To save files in the cloud, create a free account.
What file formats are supported?
PDF Meet works with PDF files. You can upload any PDF file and edit it right in your browser. Export to Word (DOCX), PNG, JPG and PowerPoint (PPTX) formats is also available.
Is registration required to use the service?
No, basic tools are available without registration. However, to save documents in cloud storage, access edit history and use advanced features, we recommend creating an account.
Does PDF Meet work on mobile devices?
Yes, PDF Meet is optimized for any device — computers, tablets and smartphones. The interface automatically adapts to your screen size.

PDF Editing

How do I edit text in a PDF document?
Upload a PDF to the editor, select the text editing tool on the left panel and click on the text you want to change. You can modify the text, font, size and color.
How do I add a digital signature to a document?
Open the desired document, select the "Signature" tool on the toolbar, create your signature or upload an image, and place it anywhere in the document.
Can I collaborate on a PDF with colleagues?
This feature is under development. In future updates, you will be able to send links to colleagues and collaboratively edit documents in real time.
How do I merge multiple PDF files?
Upload the first file, then in the page management panel you can add pages from another PDF. You can also drag and drop pages to change their order.
How do I rotate or delete a page?
Open the page management panel (grid icon on the left). To rotate a page, click the corresponding button on the thumbnail. To delete, click the cross on the page thumbnail.
How do I add annotations and comments?
Use the toolbar on the left to select the annotation type: text comment, marker highlight, freehand drawing or geometric shapes. Click on the desired location in the document to place it.

Plans & Billing

What are the file size limits?
The free plan has a limit of 50 MB per file. Paid plan users can upload larger files.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the profile settings under "Billing". Access to paid features will remain until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards. Invoice payment is available for corporate clients.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, PDF Meet offers a free plan with basic PDF tools. You can upload, view and perform basic editing without payment.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, after paying for a subscription, an invoice is automatically sent to your email. You can also download all invoices in the "Billing" section of your profile settings.

Security

How are my documents protected?
All files are transferred via encrypted connection (TLS/SSL). Documents are stored in secure cloud storage and are automatically deleted after the session ends (for unregistered users).
Are my files stored on the server?
For unregistered users, files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted. Registered users can save files in their dashboard for future access.
Who has access to my documents?
Only you have access to your documents. Our team does not view or use uploaded files. We adhere to a strict privacy policy.
Is the service GDPR compliant?
Yes, PDF Meet complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting support.

Conversion & Export

What formats can I export PDF to?
PDF Meet supports export to Word (DOCX), PNG, JPG and PowerPoint (PPTX). Select the desired format from the download menu after finishing editing.
Is formatting preserved when converting to Word?
Yes, we use advanced conversion technology that preserves original formatting, fonts, images and tables when exporting to DOCX.
How do I save a PDF as images?
In the download menu, select PNG or JPG format. Each page of the PDF will be saved as a separate high-quality image. If there is more than one page, they will be downloaded as a ZIP archive.
What is the image quality when exporting?
By default, images are exported in high quality (300 DPI), which is suitable for both on-screen viewing and printing.
